Being located in the Air Capitol of the World has afforded BTCO the opportunity to provide its customers a highly specialized and precise capability for today's leading manufacturers - a service that BTCO performs with superior results.

Precision drives our service to the manufacturing industry where quality assurance is measured in 1,000ths of an inch - about the thickness of a sheet of plain bond paper.

To meet customer demands, BTCO employs the latest technology to produce clear, polyester-film engineering drawings used by major manufacturers for quality control standards, as well as an aid in actual production procedures.

These "plots" are produced through the use of proprietary variance calculations and off-the-shelf raster image processing software. The end product, created in a climate and procedurally controlled environment, consistently meet or exceed the requirements of both the customer and the Federal Aviation Administration.

All aspects of BTCO's Plot Production Facility - from machines, the facility and personnel - are readily scalable to meet the needs of present and future projects.

In addition to plot production, BTCO converts legacy, engineering drawings in formats as wide as 48 inches. This service enables customers to digitally capture their archives for safety, security and greater availability throughout the customer's operations.

Through its established software, hardware and supplier technology and equipment network BTCO is capable of customizing its precise tolerance services to a customer's specifications.
