Furthering its digital conversion and retrieval capabilities, BTCO
teamed with its technical partner DCSS Ability LLC, to provide services
through two nonconcurring projects for McConnell Air Force Base and
the 184th Air Refueling Wing.
The base project converted facility blueprints to electronic format
for better retrieval and storage. This conversion used Spatial
Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure and Environment to facilitate
compatibility with the GeoBase system.
The 184 ARW project used raster to vector conversion, along with converting
legal and letter sized documents from box and binder storage into digitally
retrievable formats.
