
BTCO is a General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Schedule Award
(MSA) contractor for Special Item Numbers 51-504 Records Management
Services and 51-506 Document Conversion Services.
Under the GSA purchasing schedule, US Government agencies (and any
other organization authorized by statute or regulation to use GSA as
a source of supply) can place orders for Records Management and Document
Conversion Services without going through the conventional, labor intensive,
agency procurement process.
As a participant in the GSA administered Federal Supply Schedule (FSS)
system, BTCO participates in a system that is intended to reduce purchase
costs to the US Government by offering favorable prices for purchase
