2002 and 2004 NISH Certificates of Achievement
BTCO is recognized for its high standards of performance in providing
services to the federal government. BTCO is a nonprofit support organization
to CPRF.
The certificates recognize high standards of performance in providing
a product/service for the federal government under the Javits-Wagner-O’Day
(JWOD) Program.
In consideration for the award, NISH evaluated the following criteria: the length
of time on the Procurement List; accuracy in fulfilling contract requirements;
timely submission of reports and commissions; the adherence to JWOD regulations;
and the Procurement Agency’s overall evaluation of BTCO’s contract
performance.

in the JWOD program proves that people with severe disabilities can be productive,
