SCANNING
Converting hard-copy documents to an electronic image such as, but not limited to, PDF, BMP, JPEG, or TIFF

SIZE
Letter, legal, 11 x 17, non-standard format, colored sheets, dark pages, onionskin documents, and copied or odd sized pages

DATA STORAGE
Data conversion imaged to storage media such as, but not limited to, compact disk, FTP or DVD

PREPARATION
Includes reparing damaged/ripped documents, removing staples, clips, book bindings and rubber bands, unfolding documents and smoothing creases, etc., to ensure optimum imaging

RETURN/DESTRUCTION
Hard-copy return (loose leaf/rebound) or destruction by shredding/incineration ONLY after written instructions from the customer
