BTCO, a community rehabilitation provider, is backed by established
strategic partnerships that represent more than 20 years of technical
expertise in the IT solutions industry and more than 30 years of assistive
technology and rehabilitation engineering experience.
With assistance from NISH, BTCO became the prime contractor providing
imaging services to the US Bureau of Census to convert more than 600
million digital images from the 2000 census to a microfilm format for
long-term storage and completed the project 18 months ahead of schedule.
By providing employment opportunities, BTCO reduces the need for government
assitance and increases an individuals self-worth. BTCO
