Did you hear?  BTCO is among the 2017 Leaders in Diversity!

What a terrific honor and testimony to BTCO’s community-impacting mission.  Our workforce is being recognized as diverse in a way not often considered.  How? BTCO employs people with and without disabilities in a completely integrated production environment.  Our business model is purposefully structured to provide competitive career opportunities to people who are historically overlook because of perceived workplace barriers.

The result is a professional workforce that delivers outstanding results to customers.  BTCO is stronger through diversity in the workplace, and our customers reap the benefits of a professional, trusted, and stable workforce.  That’s something worth recognizing – thanks, Wichita Business Journal!

Congratulations to all the other businesses and individuals who are also being recognized.  Learn who else is being recognized with the 2107 Wichita Business Journal Leaders in Diversity honor by clicking here.
